So I am the world's biggest sucker for getting mail... so much so that a small thrill even runs through me when I get bills!
I have gone through many phases of sending thing to people, hoping that I will then get someting back in return, but it seems that I never have the motivation to keep doing it long term. Maybe it is the difficulty of keeping a conversation going by snail mail when there are so many quicker ways to communicate now.
I have recently been inspired by Jill Wignall's "TODAY I SAW" blog... I love the idea, of almost anonymously, or at least treating the mail like a one way conversation, you share a bit of your day with somebody, asking for nothing in return.
So I have decided to finally bite the bullet, and start my version...
I have no idea what to call it, but each day I want to send a piece of what I saw or did to somebody somewhere.
Starting with my first pen-friend (and all-around good friend!) Lisa-Marie.
